Isn't Easter a Pagan Term We Shouldn't Use?

Soon Christians will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.  Is that an Easter celebration? Or is Easter a pagan term that Christians need to avoid.  That’s a good question for us to consider as we train children to celebrate Jesus’ defeat of death.
