Mission:  My mission is to help you fully develop your gifts and talents to successfully carry out your life’s purpose.

In September of 2021, my position with a nonprofit organization was eliminated for budget reasons. That has led me to launch myself into my own leadership company.  I am passionate about Leadership Development, teaching adults, and Family Ministry.

In June of 2026 I accepted a call to serve Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Downers Grove, IL to be their Mission Support Minister.  My responsibilites include working with member minsitry, assimilation, outreach, and helping to systematize the ministry.

I started my first business when I was 22, a construction company with two of my brothers.  I left that company in 2009.  Since then I have experience in network marketing, retail, manufacturing, ministry, and nonprofit.

I would like to to share some of the wisdom I have gained over the last 25+ years to help you personally become the best version of yourself, the person you know you were created to be.

Also, I would like to share what I have learned to help your organization or company become the very best that it can be.
